Shipping & Delivery
Orders placed after 4:00 PM will be shipped on the next business day, excluding weekends and holidays. Once the order is entered into the system, the delivery of your product will take between 5 to 7 business days. The delivery time excludes weekends and holidays.
Items on backorder or personalized items (embroidered) are not guaranteed for standard delivery (please confirm embroidery turnaround time).
For backordered items, if you have selected an item with a pending order date, it will be shipped as soon as it arrives at our facilities.

All Medilux products are subject to change, including their prices, information, and product availability. Medilux reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the sale of any of its products with or without prior notice.
All prices displayed are in real-time and are subject to change at our sole discretion. When making your purchase, you authorize Medilux and any payment processor to charge your card for the purchases made on our website.
Medilux reserves the right, after receiving your order, to accept, reject, or cancel your order (in full or in part) for any reason. We may require verification or additional information before accepting an order. The order is considered accepted once the product is shipped.
You acknowledge that if Medilux cancels your order:
A credit note will be issued to your credit/debit card for the amount charged or the canceled portion (if the order has already been charged to your card).
The canceled portion of the order will not be charged to your credit/debit card.
Returns & Refunds
Yes, we offer full and partial refunds if your order has more than one item.
If you are not entirely satisfied with your order, you may return it within 30 days from your purchase date.
Returns must meet the following eligibility criteria:
- The product must be in its original condition with its packaging, instruction manuals, warranties, and original tags.
- Set products must be complete, with all components of the set included.
- Customized garments are not accepted if they show any signs of use, stains, damage, or have been washed.
- Returns of clearance/final sale items are not accepted.
- Products must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date.
- Shipping, processing, and tax charges are non-refundable.
- All garments must be in a new condition.
- Include a copy of your invoice with your return to expedite the process.
- Please do not use the product's packaging as a shipping container.
In the case of a return for a size exchange, provided it meets all return requirements, your refund will be processed, and you can place a new order. MEDILUX reserves the right to reject returns with worn or damaged items.
We have made every effort to display the colors of our products on our website as accurately as possible. However, the colors may vary depending on your monitor, so we cannot guarantee that the display of any color on your monitor will be precise.
